"I was newly divorced, bankrupt – with breast cancer. And then I met Rebecca! I feel Rebecca’s group coaching (women’s cancer group) and one on one coaching saved my life. I not only have been cancer free for 9 years, I have fulfilled many life dreams. I published a book, and am now a national speaker. Rebecca’s Circle group and her coaching was a catalyst and support for total life transformation."

Personal Note from Marlene Lockwood:
We kicked off our series of teleclass conversations with key health and wellness authors on April 14th interviewing author and life Coach Mary Allen who shared her wealth of experience and wisdom in helping others incorporate valuable insights and skills into their lives in order to sustain inner peace. On Tuesday, May 26, 2009 Rebecca McLean is my guest. She has worked in mind/body, health and wellness coaching since the late 1980’s, when she co-found Health Action with Dr. Roger Jahnke. They have spent 30–years pioneering work in integrative Medicine and the training of wellness coaches.
I first met Rebecca back in 2006 when I had the pleasure of attending the training for coaches in the Circle of Life Coaching System. She offers wisdom from her own personal journey as well as from her many years as a health and wellness coach. She will have many gems to share with us. She is known for her warmth, humor and wisdom.
